We combine the properties of glass with the latest technologies to produce unique, innovative types of glass ideal for applications in architecture, interior design, furniture, shipbuilding and transport.
For LCD doors and walls we use glass consisting of two single sheets of varying thickness and size. These sheets enclose a liquid crystal film which can switch from completely opaque with total privacy to transparency at the passage of an electric current.
Glass with on/off opacity is particularly useful in contexts where privacy is fundamental: boardrooms, hotels, restaurants, banks, hospitals and many other locations.
We can customise our on/off opacity LCD glass to meet architectural requirements.
